1. Installation and Training
For a new project, we will provide a one-stop full service for customer from consultancy to construction work, installation to commissioning etc.
Or we will have engineers on site to help guide customers throughout the installation of equipment, commissioning the system to its operations.
2 Technical Support & Training
For our customers or sales agent partners, we will provide one or two times training every year. Through the technical documentation, 3D presentations, product and many ways to give on hand intensive training.

3. After-sales services & support
* Phone service
Our after-sales services department provides customers with phone service. When you contact us, please let us know the following information:
1.Your name and phone number
2.Puschase contact details
3.Detailed fault information (if the fault could be presented by pictures, please take pictures and send them to us as possible as you can)
Our after-sales service engineers will offer technical support and guidance based on your description.
* Real-time communication service
After-sales service engineers could provide customer services through TM & E-mail & MSN, for example, sending the video files of software operation.
Remote control service
We can operate the customer’s computer remotely via internet to install and set up equipment and software for customers, and to dispose of the technical fault.
* Post Service
Under warranty, customers could send the defective components back to Amsen, We will repair them and return to you as soon as we can or we could even supply you with a new one for replacing the broken. Please refer to the time chart of our response to some main components fault.

Our after-sales services are mainly related to the failures as below: hardware failure, connector failure, and control system failure, control software failure, the failure of accessories provided by Amsen. The services under warranty are divided into the paid services and the free services. Pls refer to sales contract terms.
